CHANGE THE VIEW OF TASK DURATION & % COMPLETE IN TIME SCALE IN MS PROJECT PROFESSIONAL

Change the Style and View : Task Duration and % Complete of Task

In Microsoft Project Professional 2010 we can see the Resource Name and % completed for any of the Task in the Time scale section under Gantt Chart View.

To Change the View and Style:

• Right Click on Time Scale empty section.
• Select Bar Style
• Click on Text Tab below
• Change the appearance by choose the desired option from Drop Down List for Left and Right align

 

• Click OK
• Now we can see the difference in the Appearance
